Summer Analyst

I applied to the position through an annual career fair of an organization I am a part of. I firstly got referred through a past intern and since they were having on-site interviews I was able to interview two days later.

The interview consisted on 2 back-to-back, 30 mins, personal interviews. I had two associates in the first one and a VP and an associate in the second one. Pretty standard: Why wealth management? Why XXX bank? Several scenario questions, and only one fairly technical question "tell me about the markets (in Americas, EMEA, and APAC)." One associate did push me a little more on "what are you bringing to the table?" but besides that, it was fairly smooth. Oh, and one interview was in full-on Spanish (this was for a LatAm position)

I received my offer three weeks later through a recruiter phone call.
