I applied through my school's (ivy) handshake. I heard back two days later and had to take a Pymetrics test for each division I applied for. After those, I hear back again and had to complete hirevue's for each division. Some question's were: Describe a time you were in a team setting and had to overcome a challenge? Describe a time you made a mistake at work and what you learned from it? Why JPMorgan? Discuss a recent financial event and how it effects the economy. What do you think will be the biggest challenges for the financial services industry over the next 5 years? If you were working in a team, and didn't know the answer to a problem you were trying to solve, what would you do? Name a time you failed at something and you had to display resilience to accomplish the goal.
