Summer Analyst

The process started a resume-drop through OCR. JPM was originally supposed to conduct on campus interviews, but changed the process to phone interviews at last minute. The phone interview was with an Associate in the asset management division, and mostly revolved around my resume and educational background. About 1.5 weeks later, I was emailed the details of a superday at their NYC office. While there, I only had two interviews: both 2:1. The first one was with an Associate and VP, and the second was with an MD and Associate. The interview questions revolved around fit, and I only received one technical question. I heard back a month later. All in all, it's very important to know your story and how it fits into being an employee at JP Morgan.
