Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After months of networking, I was notified of a first round phone interview with a VP. The interview consisted of the usual fit questions, some basic technicals related to previous experience and questions about events and trends in the technology sector. The Superday was a week later and consisted of four separate 1 on 1 interviews. Again, pretty generic interviews, with some more in depth fit questions and more of the basic technicals, like DCF and accounting rules. There was definitely an emphasis on knowledge of the technology sector in every interview.
