Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview consisted of a 2 on 1 half hour interview with a second year analyst and a vice president. The vice president was highly ranked in the investment bank before moving to corporate banking. At least 25% of the interview consisted of the interviewers describing their backgrounds, what exactly the work consisted of in the group. A very strong emphasis was placed on ethics with the client nature of banking. There were exactly zero technical questions.
