Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through OCR (for Freshman and Sophomore Summer Analyst program), first round was very behavioral with no technical questions whatsoever. Superday was about 20 kids in the morning session and another 20 in the afternoon, and consisted of rotating between 5 or so interviewers. Interviews were 50% behavioral, 50% technical, probing into market knowledge, portfolio construction, some consulting type questions (number of gas stations in the US) and brainteasers.
