Summer Analyst

I had a phone screen with a lead banker in February and she asked me why I wanted to work at JPM and to tell her a little bit about myself. After asking me some questions about my experiences and getting to know each other, I was told that I would be contacted for a superday. I was contacted with 24 hours notice to come in to the office for four super day interviews. I met with the MD, then alternated between 2 on 1 and 1 on 1 interviews with other team members. After leaving the interviews, I got a call from the recruiter 30 minutes later offering me the position.
