1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One of few first round interviews that was one on one. Interviewer was VP, seemed disinterested and opened interview with announcement that he wasn't supposed to be there but had to replace someone last minute. Overall, seemed much more interested in discussion/getting to know me than a typical interview format.
