Summer Analyst (Trading)

Online application: 3 essays, 1 numerical test and 1 aptitude test.

4-5 weeks after submitting online application, I had my first round which consisted of two one on one interviews with two VPs. Most questions were fit. One question was about a global event and how it impacts the market. One question was about a stock pitch.

Final round (assessment center) was 1 week after the first round. Morning interviews (people had 3-5 interviews with different desks) ended around 1:30 pm. More than half of the people from the morning were sent home and the rest had interviews until 3:30 - 6:00 pm with desks which liked them in the morning. Most questions throughout the day were fit with one interviewer asking guestimate questions.
