What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial online application filling in details and answering four questions (approx. 200 words each) about skills and past experiences.
First-round interview consisted of two 45 minutes 1-on-1 interviews, mostly competency based but a few brainteasers are questions about current financial news.
Assessment centre consisted of 2 1-on-1 interviews similar to first round interviews but a bit more technical. Also a case study where they give you 45 minutes to study a company and then you have to advise whether it is a good investment or not.
