Summer Internal Audit Analyst Intern

I applied via their online application, and received a link to complete pymetrics and a HireVue interview. The HireVue was completely behavioral, primarily asking why internal audit and why JP Morgan. About a month and a half later I received an invitation to their super day. The super day was virtual and consisted of an early morning presentation followed by 2 30 minute interviews in the afternoon. Everyone I talked to seemed very nice and were eager to answer any questions the candidates had. The interviews themselves were pretty formal and not as intimidating as I previously thought they would be. I'd suggest really knowing your resume and why internal audit is the career you'd like to pursue.
