Trading & Structuring Summer Analyst

Applied for spring week. Submitted cover letter then was sent a hirevue which is viewed by recruiters. Got accepted onto the Spring week. Completed the spring week then was invited to online AC. Had two competency interviews which also covered market awareness and some technicals questions incorporated into market awareness response. These both lasted 30m. Then was invited to a final 30m interview a week later. This covered more problem solving questions. While these interviews are different to those applying externally for the Summer, I stress being good at your competency responses alongside being to talk in depth about current market events (which shows interest and technical acumen).
