Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through the company website. They reached out within two weeks to schedule a 20-minute phone interview, which was mainly behavioral (why JPM, why WM, strengths and weaknesses, etc). A week after the first round they invited me to the superday in NY, which consisted of 3 2-on-1 30-minute interviews. These interviews were mainly behavioral with some technical components (i.e. why do we have a credit division, pitch me a stock, etc).
