Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round for the Winning Women Program is supposed to just be a 20-30 min. phone interview, but since I was in the city and was visiting some people at JP that week, I ended up having my first round in-person with an incredibly antisocial equity derivatives trader who spent the majority of his career in banking. He had 3 sheets of paper in front of him that he just read off of for the entirety of the interview and even told me "if you don't know something it's ok - we just have to get through everything." He clearly didn't know how to interview and ended up asking me back-to-back behavioral questions ("tell me about a time..."), 2 brain teasers, and several banking questions as well. The worst part was that he kept drilling down into my answers and interrupting me at every chance he could.
