Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After I submitted my application for Winning Women, I was notified a couple weeks later that I would be contacted for a phone interview. My phone interview was arranged the day before the actual interview and it lasted about 25 minutes. It was primarily all technical questions ranging from valuation to market-based questions. Should be relatively easy for someone who has prepped for technicals, but I hadn't done a very thorough job at the time. Unfortunately I did not receive an offer to attend Winning Women CIB, but I do have an offer to attend Winning Women Sales and Trading.
