Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview took place after I submitted my application for Winning Women Fall Experience. I had been encouraged to apply to this event by several firm members I met on campus at different networking events. The phone interview took place about a week after I had submitted my application and lasted for about 20 minutes (it was with one person only). Most of the questions were fit based and very straight forward. The culture seemed to be one that emphasized mentorship, especially for young women. I had a great experience with everyone I spoke with.
