Winning women program

Had 2 rounds of phone interview. First round with an analyst and second round with a VP. The first round was easy. The analyst did not ask any technical question and basically I just explained my interest in investment banking and the firm. She asked about my leadership and teamwork experience. The second round interview with the VP was more technical. He asked about my quantitative experience in pervious internships and went on asking about models used to analyze companies. There were some brain teasers as well.
