Winning Women Program Participant

I applied for the Winning Women Program at JPMorgan couple weeks ago through their website, and I was offered a phone screening interview. It was to determine whether I'd be able to participate of not. I don't have much background knowledge in finance so I started by reading the vault's guide to sales & trading as well as some discussion forums available on WSO and elsewhere. I also looked at sample interview questions that my school provides. The very first thing I was asked was to go over my resume. Then, the interviewer asked me about 5 questions, mostly fit and behavioral questions. Since it is for a diversity program, I wasn't asked any brainteaser/technical questions. I'd like to advise future candidates to focus more on such fit based questions rather than trying to study the background of sales & trading.
