Happiness (Pros)

The interview process moved very quickly, and the overall recruiting timeline was efficient. Communication and scheduling were handled promptly, which made the process feel well organized from a timing perspective.

Sadness (Cons)

The attitude and level of engagement of some interviewers were disappointing. During one of the interviews, the interviewer appeared to be working on other tasks throughout the conversation and did not seem fully attentive to my responses. This made the interview experience feel unprofessional and gave the impression that the candidate's time and effort were not being fully respected.
