Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a Hirevue. Asked me a couple basic questions from the 400 guide (walk me through a DCF, walk em through a LBO). Then got a call about 2 months later for a superday in their ECM team. Superday was 3 rounds of 30 minutes. Each round had behavioral and technical. Nothing too far from 400 guide. Question on two companies with the same EBITDA and industry trading at different prices on the market. Did not network at all with their IB team (had a couple calls w/ wealth management). Process was very different than other ones I had.
