Global Markets Summer Analyst

The hiring process for the JPMorgan Credit Research internship was structured but fast-paced. It started with a HireVue video interview focused on market awareness and behavioral questions. After passing that round, I was invited to a Superday consisting of several back-to-back interviews with credit research analysts and senior team members. The conversations focused on credit fundamentals, my understanding of bond markets, and how I think through investment risks. It was clear they were looking for someone curious, detail-oriented, and able to communicate ideas under pressure.
