All in all, took a really long time. I was invited to Hirevue (around 5 questions) and complete a Pymetrics exam over two months after my initial application. Two weeks later, I got a call from a VP asking me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was 2 on 1, then followed up by a 1 on 1 phone interview two weeks later. Finally, I got the superday invitation a day later. Superday consisted of 12 back-to-back interviews, most of which were 2 on 1. I really vibed with my group and felt really good about my performance walking out; 3 hours later, I got the call offering me the internship.
