Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was conducted over zoom. There were 3 interviewers which consisted of 1 analyst, 1 vice president, and 1 managing director. The analyst did my mathematical/brain teaser interview, whereas the VP and MD asked more behavioral and technical questions. This included personal fit questions, questions about JPM, and more specific banking questions like a deal I’m following and how to perform a DCF/LBO. Overall, the interviewers were pretty stern and did not give an impression of how I was doing throughout the interview.
