Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had networked with a few bankers prior to the process kicking off. Due to new firm policy, have to take the hirevue tests, which are basically mini-games that they compare to the current analysts. After Hirevue tests, got directly invited to the superday. Superday consisted of 3, 30 minute interviews. Had technicals for all 3. Interviewed with a Group Head, a VP, and an associate. Lots of high-level behavioral questions - really dug into my passion for finance and why JPM. Got grilled on valuation and accounting questions from the 400 guide. Seemed to have a rather "politic" driven culture from what I gathered.
