1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process was surprisingly quick. Had OCR interview on-campus, 1-on-1 interview with an associate. Fairly standard interview that was mostly behaviorals with a few easy technical questions thrown in. Heard the same evening about attending a superday on the very next day.
Superday was just 1 30-min interview with an MD in the TMT group. Interviewer was very easy-going, down-to-earth and great to talk to. Interview was more of a conversation than an actual interview. No technicals, purely fit-driven.
