Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with hirevuew followed by a phone inerview. Once passing the phone interview 3 interviews were scheduled, 1 MD, 1 ED, 1 VP. Two of which were blue jeans conferences. Technical questions were not hard, standard questions on multiples and which multiples to use. A lot of fit and why you want to do IB/JPM. In the end a girl without any finance background was hired
