Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted application after attending "Morning at Morgan" networking event. Later found out that attendance highly increases chances of an offer. First round/Hireview was a mix of market related and behavioral questions. Superday was 2 rounds with Directors and VPs who asked specific behaviorals related to conflicts that may arise on the job. Asked about market knowledge and how to construct a portfolio. Lots of questions about resume experiences and why X college and why X org. Had IB internship on resume and was asked about valuation. Spent about 2 weeks prepping for JPM specific answers.
