Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I talked with the on campus recruiter who connected me with other associates to coffee chat with in the private bank. Shortly after I submitted my application, and received a HireVue within a few days. The HireVue does not have a time limit, but you should complete within a timely manner. HireVue questions consisted of mainly behavioral with one question asking about the markets. Super Days are announced 1-2 weeks before Christmas.
