Quantitative Research Summer Associate

The process consisted of three Zoom interviews followed by a Superday with four back-to-back interviews. The first round focused on classical machine learning, statistics, and time series analysis. The second covered basic mathematics, probability, and Python programming. The third combined technical questions on probability and statistical modeling with a discussion of research projects and methodology.

The Superday involved interviews with leaders from different teams, covering research experience, model validation, trading and backtesting, and financial mathematics, including derivatives pricing and stochastic processes. Overall, the earlier rounds were more structured and focused on technical fundamentals, while the final stage emphasized deeper project discussions and team fit.
