S&T 2014 Summer Analyst

Went through winning women process at JPM. First round was a phone interview with a trader, fairly straight forward, mostly fit questions with the typical why JP, why S&T, why sales vs. trading. Received e-mail from HR with invitation to WW Event, which also consisted of an accelerated superday.
Accelerated superday was three 1-1 rounds with 3 different interviewers. Question varied a lot depending on the interviewer (interviewed with 2 MDs, and 1 ED). Questions about tapering, market view for next few months, hedging currency risks (probably because my interviewer was in FX). Fit was also typical: why JPM, sales or trading, fixed income or equities, etc.
Got deferred to regular application process in the end after interviews: took HR two and a half weeks to reply where as some people got acceptances and rejections the Monday after (interview was on a Friday).
