Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There was an psychometric test and a hireview interview where they asked 5 questions like tell me about yourself, why IB, why JPM, after that I had one zoom interview where they asked fit and technical questions. The technical questions were case based: there was a case about a food truck business and they asked everything from merger math and accounting, to reasoning for why the business should or shouldn't sell. There were also some market awareness questions like what is a deal you've been following. This was for summer 2025.
