Summer Analyst

After submitting the HireVue, I was contacted a few months later to schedule a virtual Superday consisting of three consecutive Zoom interviews, each about 30 minutes long. The recruiting team was highly organized, providing clear instructions and timelines. The first interview focused on behavioral and fit questions, the second on technical topics such as valuation, DCFs, and accretion/dilution, and the third was more conversational (more about teamwork and culture).
Overall, the process was professional & well-run, with interviewers who were sharp, kind, and seemed genuinely interested in my experiences. My advice would be to know your technicals thoroughly, be clear and confident in your story, and show authentic enthusiasm for the firm’s work and people.
