Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After submitting my HireVue, I was invited to an online Superday for the GF&BM Summer Analyst Position. It was three rounds, each lasting 30 minutes. The first one was a presentation on a prompt they provided in advance, and the following two interviews were mainly behavioural. It was pretty relaxed, but my only problem was that I was invited 2 days before the superday, so I had limited time to prepare, as I wasn't expecting to go that far into the process. The interviewers were also very nice and understanding.
