Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process starts with a basic online application. You'll need to have already begun your process networking/coffee chatting bankers you met from Company presentations. Once you're recognized from the general pool, you'll get invites to complete Pymetrics (online mental games) and HireVue (online behavioral questions). Afterward continue networking and be ready for technical questions during any chats. If you don't do anything to blow yourself up and show you can speak well and might be good to work with on a small team you get the 1st round invite. First round will be a technical question blitz that last 30min, but if your are already a preferred candidate you'll be given a few softball questions and general conversation. Final round will be a Superday interview with 4-6 bankers. The technical questions should be basic level but you never know so be prepared. The majority of questions will revolve around why you want to do IB, can you do IB, and why should the bank hire you.
