Stage 1: Online application form stating education, extra curriculars, why risk etc.
Stage 2: Standard online tests, maths and non verbal reasoning.
Stage 3: 30 min phone interview with HR, standard fit questions.
Stage 4: Assessment centre. Consists of another maths test, 2 one on one interviews, a presentation and then a group discussion.
