Summer Wealth Management Associate

I applied online last July for a Summer 2020 MBA internship with JP Morgan Private Bank. My location preferences were NYC, DC, and Baltimore. After not hearing anything for several months, I received an email from one of the offices saying that they received my information and wanted to schedule a phone interview with the Market team lead. After the phone interview, I was invited to the office for a second round 1 week later.
2nd round consisted of a fit interview with the head of the office, a 2 on 1 with two members of the team, and then a market focused technical interview. Technical consisted of questions relating to what forces caused the major market movements from 2018 to 2020, negative yielding bonds, and alternative investments.
The people were all very kind, and the culture described was one of team work. The compensation structure rewards the team.
I received a phone call from the MBA recruiter that evening with a verbal offer.
