What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online. After 2 weeks I got an email which said that I am in the next step of the recruitment process and had to fill in a survey which asked me about information if I am available in the next 12 months, confirming my email and rank the sectors I want to work in (even though it said that the preferences won't be guaranteed. After a while I got an email with an interview appointment on Zoom. I spoke to the manager of the department and a few days later I got an email with the offer.
