Interview Details
Round 1- Phone interview with Director
Round 2- Phone interview with MD
Round 3- Lunch with junior team
Round 4- 3 day take home case study (2 part case study. Part 1 Investment recommendation with company overview, and financials, but no model expected to be made, and Part 2 was an investment recommendation by looking at a picture)
Round 5- Superday (didn't make) but presenting case study, 1 hour modeling test, and meeting everyone on the team.
I interviewed for the growth fund, and they focus primarily on tech investments, but make some other investments like a furniture company, and even a bandage company. They also focus a bit on their management team of the portfolio company, so they seem a bit entrepreneurial. My case study was metric based, and not entrepreneurial, so maybe I was not a fit, but I do not know for sure.

4. Why growth equity?
5. What did you do at your previous position that helps with this position?
6. If you were speaking to a CEO that was very rude on the phone, how would you deal with him?
