1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two phone screens (first with an analyst and second with an associate) before getting invited to Super Day in Chicago, which consisted of 6-8 interviews. Then they had another round of interviews after the Super Day which consisted of two interviews with MDs. Asked typical IBD banking questions along with some questions on Excel (what's your favorite shortcut, how would you organize a big tablet of information (answer: pivot table)) along with some pretty specific FIG accounting questions.
