After successfully passing the screening process, you are invited to 3 times 1 hour long interview with 3 of their employees separately. These are always the people from the office who have some spare time - so you can get partner or just junior analyst. In the first interview, you get easy financial case, in the second, you get a strategic case and in the last one they are focused on you motivation.
