The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied for the dual program with New York School of Finance / Advantage Internship at Kerburn Rose. 30 min phone call for first round. Basic description of highlights on resume and behavioral questions. Example of times you were a leader, gauging interest in the position, etc. Relaxed but definitely focused on the applicant's talents and fit at the firm. The most difficult question was to pitch them a stock in my personal account. The VP was very helpful in providing information about the firm's culture and work / life balance.

Interview
I first went through the screening by HR in the first round interview. I was asked about my past experiences and general information about myself. After that round I moved onto another phone interview (couldn't be in person). This time, it was with a banker. He said me about the basic financial stuff and the obvious "walk me through your resume". I moved onto 2 more rounds of similar process (mixture of fit and technical, none were too intense) before accepting my offer.
