Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. First, there was a phone interview with the recruiter. She was very kind and kept the conversation lighthearted. Basic questions like why KeyBank, past experiences, and how you would fit into the group you want to be in. The second was a technical/behavioral group interview with analysts and associates of the group you are interested in. Mostly technical, asked about different metrics and topics in commercial real estate with a few behavioral questions. Last, there was an interview with the MD/RM of the group who really pushed technicals on you. This a great opportunity to meet with senior managers and learn about their experiences in the industry. Overall, an enjoyable process that took about 4 weeks, average difficulty.
