Real Estate

I at first applied cold, then I reached out to an alumni a part of that division. After, I had networked with that person, I was able to get my resume pushed through and get to a first round. Started off with HR, where we ran through basic behavioral. Why Key, why Real Estate, and also went into some things on my resume and how it was relevant towards the position. Also got into my coursework and how that would benefit me especially coming from a liberal arts school.

Then, it was advanced to final round with relationship manager. Completely behavioral. Went into my work at my previous internship which had been real estate, talked about different projects, and my interests. Then, the remainder of the questions were tell me about time type of questions. I would say have your story ready on why real estate and why Keybank. They were obviously huge on personality and fit and if you make it to the final round they are confident they will be able to train you up. After the interview found out after about two weeks, that I had received an offer.

Overall, it was a good, smooth process. Everyone I talked to was very nice and easy to get along with, which made the interviews feel much easier.
