Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Typical online assessment (SHL) and pre-recorded video interview. The Cognitive Ability Tests and Behavioral & Personality Tests is pretty standard. The video interview starts with you answering your motivation, what you like about the firm/why did you apply to the position. And then it dive really deep and specific about the company and role that you apply for, they'll give you sometimes to think of an answer (1 minute) and then you have 2 minutes to response. You can only record it once so you have to be very specific and demonstrate your competency.
