Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with employee referral, which then became a 1 on 1 interview with a 2nd year analyst, purely behavioral. The next round was with an assistant, where it was technical and behavioral but relatively calm. I didn't get selected for AC or anything after that, but I know the process ran many times after that with 9-10 rounds of interviews with others.
