Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through campus and got an email within a week for pymetrics. After that, it took about a month to receive an interview request. Before the interview, I was matched with an "interview buddy". We net over Teams and chatted about the role/interview for 30 min, very casually. Interview format was back to back 30 min with MDs, all behavioral/fit questions. Got a call from one of the interviewers a few days later with the offer. I did no networking prior to applying btw.
