Interview Details

What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through their website. Only interviews were at an hour long "superday" with two back-to-back behavioral and situational interviews. Everyone I spoke with was very laid back and welcoming. I would prepare for lots of situational questions about your experiences on a team and past work you've done.
What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?
Have you ever had a problem with a client or customer? If so, could you detail how you worked through this issue and what the result was?
Do you know what Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit are? Can you explain?
How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?
Use the STAR method, they provide a lot of prep materials and videos so be sure to use them. The questions were mostly pulled from their preparation email, but also be knowledgable about the specific advisory/accounting group that you're going to be a part of.

Overall Ranking

Overall Ranking is a score from 1 star (very bad) to 5 stars (excellent) generated based on the Company Reviews of current and former employees at this company, taking everything into account.

The number you see in the middle of the donut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few reviews). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.
