Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First reached out by email and asked to submit a test online that was on reading graphs, understanding tables, working with percentages, averages, etc.
Next - phone interview for about 30 minutes mostly behavioral questions, learning about the background.
Next - 1 on 1 interview in person with an HR rep - talked about my skills, asked some quantitative questions about company valuations, operational ratios.
Final round - 30 minutes case interview with the Manager and HR rep.
