First personality test on the website which lasts about an hour. Don't think it actually affects the interview. Then it is a two on one first round of interview with one analyst and one associate. Pretty standard process which lasts about half an hour. First question is tell me about yourself. Then why KPMG, why not the other big accounting firms. Some leadership and teamwork questions. For technicals: valuatoin methods, walk through DCF, different types of buyers in M&A. No trick questions.
