Applied online talked about my experiences with a consulting role, sounded like they needed to fill the role I was applying for pretty bad because it felt like I was being expedited across interviewing phases pretty quickly. I was flown out to Chicago and did 3 back to back interviews. I didn't have the basic behavioral questions because I basically told them upfront the kind of person and traits that I have. Most of the session was me discussing what working for the company would be like and what I can expect for working with the advisory team.
